We collect your name, company, contact details, requirements and attachment to review and respond to an enquiry. Requests are not displayed publicly.

Data retention

Quotation request records are retained for 365 days after submission. Attachments are removed in the cleanup cycle after 180 days from submission. Backups are retained for 30 days; deleted information may remain in earlier backups until that retention period expires.

Private tracking

Your reference and private tracking code are shown after submission. Keep them private. Forms do not store your details in the page URL or browser storage.

Correction or deletion

To correct or request deletion of information, contact us below with your reference. Identity verification may be required.

WhatsApp is an independent service with its own privacy policy. Your enquiry message is sent only after you select the WhatsApp button and confirm sending in the app. The private tracking code is not included in that message.
